Arizona freshman Parrom out with foot injuryPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- The Arizona Wildcats will be without freshman Kevin Parrom for the team's trip this week to the Bay Area because of a sprained left foot.
Coach Sean Miller says that while it's a mild sprain and X-rays were negative, he and the training staff wanted to take a cautious approach to the injury.
Parrom missed the first 10 games of the season because of a stress fracture in the same foot.
The 6-foot-6 guard-forward has appeared in 16 games, nine as a starter, averaging 4.5 points and 4.3 rebounds per contest.
