Woman allegedly sold drugs at Arizona hotelPosted: Updated:
PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. (AP) -- Yavapai County authorities say a mother of three has been arrested and accused of selling methamphetamine out of a hotel room in Prescott Valley.
The county Sheriff's Office says 23-year-old Jessica Dennis allegedly sold drugs to undercover detectives at America's Best Value Inn in Prescott Valley and at a surrounding area.
She was stopped on U.S. 69 late Friday as she drove back into Prescott Valley. Authorities say a search of Dennis' car led to the discovery of 44 grams of meth.
Dennis was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, transportation of dangerous drugs for sale, use of electronic communication in drug-related transaction, and possession of dangerous drugs. She's being held on $75,000 bond at the Camp Verde detention center.
