PHOENIX - The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy went under oath to talk about racial profiling. It's rare to hear Chief David Hendershott talk at all, but he was forced through a lawsuit to talk on tape for hours.

Seven hours of video testimony is part of a case accusing MCSO of illegally targeting the Hispanic community.

Chief David Hendershott, arguably the most powerful man at the Sheriff's office, is for the first time answering direct questions about racial profiling.
