GLENDALE – Four people were sent to the hospital after a t-bone crash in Glendale on Tuesday afternoon.

Daniel Valenzuela, with the Glendale Fire Department, tells 3TV a car t-boned a van in the area of 55th Avenue and Union Hills, causing the van to roll. The driver of the car is a woman in her mid-20s who was not injured. She declined to be taken to the hospital.

Among the individuals traveling in the van were three adults and a child. The driver, a woman in her mid-20s, was reportedly not wearing her safety belt and was ejected from the van. She was transported via chopper to a medical center.

The other three passengers, including the child, were taken by ambulance to a hospital but were not seriously injured. These two adults were wearing their safety belts and the child was reportedly also properly restrained.
