Happy ending to juicing woesPosted: Updated:
GOODYEAR -- Cami Torres says she's ecstatic that she's able to finally start juicing and feeling healthy again.
"I have a condition I'm trying to treat," Torres said. "It's not something that I can cure by any means, but I can definitely live feeling better so that juicer right there is like a godsend."
3 On Your Side first introduced you to Torres last week when she was having a problem getting the manufacturer to replace her juicer. Since then, Torres is back to juicing again.
When Torres first contacted 3 On Your Side, her juicer, called the Living Well HealthMaster, had stopped working and even though she had a warranty, she couldn't get the manufacturer to help out.
"All of a sudden it started leaking," she said. "I noticed this brown stuff coming out."
Torres contacted 3 On Your Side because she says she just couldn't get HealthMaster to replace or repair her juicer.
"I'm lost without it," she said. "I want it back."
So, 3 On Your Side got involved and when we did, Torres says she finally got what she wanted.
"I was happy," she said. "I was like thank goodness I can finally start juicing again!"
The company actually mailed Torres a new HealthMaster within just a few days. Torres says she's back to juicing again and back to feeling better.
"I want to get my energy back and get my health back to where I was feeling good and energetic," she said.
It's something she says she couldn't have done without the help of 3 On Your Side.
"Thank you so much for all your help, 3 On Your Side," Torres said. "I couldn't have done this without you guys, and now I will be healthier and happier."
The company is not quite sure why Torres had such a difficult time getting her juicer fixed but says they'll look into the matter internally to make sure it doesn't happen with other customers.
