TUCSON – A Tucson missionary has been freed from North Korean custody.

Robert Park, 28, crossed into North Korea and was arrested on Christmas Day.

His family says he was there to deliver a religious message to North Korean president Kim Jong Il.

On Thursday night the North Korean government announced they had freed Park. They said they let him go because he admitted wrongdoing and said he was sorry.
