The Tucson Police Department is asking for help locating a child that went missing in the custody of her biological mother.

TPD Media Release:
The Tucson Police Department Dependent Child Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 2 year-old, Caelen Sewell.

On November 14, 2009, the child’s biological mother Adellyn Sewell failed to return Caelen back to her father who has sole custody. The Tucson Police Department has recently received information that Adellyn may have taken Caelen out of Arizona.  Adellyn has friends in Arizona and family members in California.  There is a felony warrant for Adellyn Sewell for Custodial Interference.  Adellyn is described as a White female/27 years old/5’2”/105 pounds/ brown eyes/brown or black shoulder length hair.  It is possible she has changed her appearance and is using a different name. Caelen has brown hair and brown eyes.  It is possible that her appearance has also been changed.

Anyone with information regarding Caelen or Adellyn’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 or 88-Crime.
