Boneless Spicy Buffalo-style Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
4 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D or Spread, melted
2/3 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

Spicy Wing Sauce
3 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D, melted
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1-2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce*

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.Dip chicken in melted Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D, then bread crumbs. Arrange chicken on prepared sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Instructions for sauce
Combine sauce ingredients in large bowl; add cooked chicken and toss to coat. Serve, if desired, with Wish-Bone® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.
*Such as Frank's® Red Hot Sauce.

Garnish with carrot and celery sticks.

7 Layer Mexican Ranch Salad

Ingredients
1 15-oz. can fat-free refried beans
2 cups prepared guacamole
1 4-oz. can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained (optional)
1/2 cup prepared chunky salsa
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing*
21/2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese* (about 4 oz.)
Tortilla chips

Instructions

Evenly layer refried beans, guacamole, olives, salsa, Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing, lettuce and cheese into 2-quart glass serving bowl. Serve with chips.

* Use light ranch dressing and shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese.

Frijoles Refritos (Refried Beans)

Ingredients
1/2 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
1/2 medium white onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 cans (15.5 oz. ea.) pink or black beans, rinsed and drained
4 ounces queso fresco (white cheese), cut into thin strips
Tortilla chips

Instructions
In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute. Add beans and cook, mashing beans with a potato masher or back of fork, until beans are almost mashed. Add remaining 1/4 cup Spread and continue cooking and mashing until mixture is smooth. To serve, spoon beans onto serving platter and top with queso fresco. Garnish with chips. TIP: For creamier beans, add additional Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread!

Serves 4.

Use these beans as a topping on nachos.

Luscious Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
3 squares (1 oz. ea.) semi-sweet chocolate
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
1 Tbsp. coffee liqueur (optional)
6 large strawberries with stems

Instructions
Microwave chocolate and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in small microwave-safe bowl 1 minute or until chocolate is melted; stir until smooth. Stir in liqueur. Dip strawberries in chocolate mixture, then refrigerate on waxed-paper-lined baking sheet until chocolate is set, at least 1 hour.

Makes 6 strawberries.

Try dipping dried apricots, walnut halves, and whole-grain pretzels into the chocolate.
