Obama administration putting final touches on State of the Union address

WASHINGTON -- As the debate over health-care reform drags on, President Barack Obama is gearing up for his State of the Union address.

Wednesday's  prime-time speech before a joint session of Congress will likely cover a number of topics concerning the nation, including the economy and the creation of jobs.

The president's job-approval rating has dropped, causing pundits to wonder if Obama is a better campaigner than president.
