Arizona Captiol building and other state buildings soldPosted: Updated:
Sold! the Arizona Capitol building, prisons, and more than 20 state properties Thursday.
The price tag: $735-million, at an interest rate of just over 4%.
It's part of a sale-leaseback deal intended to shrink the state budget deficit.
The terms allow state agencies to rent and occupy the buildings, then buy them back in 20 years.
