A convicted sex offender who failed to register as a sex offender when he got out of jail has now been, sent back. 57-year-old John Drusts now has to serve six years in prison. Drusts was arrested for attempted kidnapping of a 4-year-old girl from Santa Cruz church last spring. When it happened, parishoners caught him with the girl and kept him in their custody until Tucson police arrived.
Also, a man convicted of child molestation has been sentenced to 12-years in jail. David santy received his sentence this afternoon. Santy may also be involved with other crimes.
There was another sentence handed down -- this one involves a man who stole a skull from a grave.
One woman is on death row after confessing to the murder of her own son, But a new trial is underway for Debra Milke who claims she was forced to confess.
