SCOTTSDALE -- Scottsdale police officers arrested two burglary suspects after they crashed their car into a wall Saturday morning.

According to the Scottsdale Police Department, a man found Bridgette Egbert, 19, going through the cab of his pickup truck, which was parked in the lot at the Via De Ventura Apartments at Hayden Road and Via De Ventura.

When confronted by the victim, Egbert ran for her vehicle, which was being driven by her boyfriend, Joshua Milton, 19.

Milton exited the parking lot at a high rate of speed, going north on Hayden Road in the southbound lanes. He lost control and crashed into the north wall of the complex.

Inside the vehicle, police found three golf bags, electronic devices, and various other personal effects not belonging to the suspects.

Both suspects admitted burglarizing many vehicles and were booked on burglary from vehicle charges.
