PHOENIX – A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a serial bank robber.

Police say the suspect has robbed nine banks since June of this year. The robberies were committed in various banks across Phoenix.

The reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and/or indictment of the suspect. He usually wears dark sunglasses, a gauze or band-aid on his face and either a fake moustache, teeth or nose during the robberies.

The suspect has threatened tellers with a gun in at least two instances. He reportedly hands the teller a note before leaving the scene with undisclosed amounts of cash.

Anyone with information on the crimes should contact 480-WITNESS before the suspect’s arrest in order to be eligible for the reward.
