Handcuffed woman allegedly fondled by officer after crash

PHOENIX – Two Phoenix police officers have been fired after allegedly fondling a woman while on the job.   

According to the police report, Officers Michel Cruz and John Urban stopped a woman dressed in a bikini after she took off from a rear-end crash.

The report says the officers handcuffed the woman then drove her to a secluded spot at an elementary school. That is when Cruz allegedly fondled her.
