CHANDLER -- Chandler police arrested three burglary suspects after they were caught on surveillance cameras inside a vacant mansion.

According to Chandler police spokesman Sgt. Joe Favazzo, the burglars tripped an alarm at approximately 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

The suspects were seen on the live surveillance video feed shining flashlights inside the home near Kyrene and Ray roads. The alarm monitoring company called police.

Officers set up a perimeter and arrested Jon Farris, 43, Raymond Greening, 33, and Casey Ekren, 27.

Favazzo said the bank-owned mansion has been the target of prior burglaries and incidents, which led to the sophisticated alarm system being installed and monitored.
