Rain clearing out, cooler overnight temperatures aheadPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- While rain was the name of the weather game in the Valley, Flagstaff, at last check, got about 3 1/2 to 4 inches of snow.
As the storm moves out, there's a chance of some light sprinkles in the Valley throughout the morning. It was a mild and cool morning, but not all that chilly thanks to cloud cover that was keeping those temperatures up.
It was a windy morning in the north country, and that's likely to continue through most of the day, along with a chance of snow and rain showers.
Plan on a high of about 67 degrees in Phoenix. A chance of morning showers will give way to partly cloudy skies in the afternoon.
Tonight, it'll be partly cloudy with lows in the upper 40s, upper 30s in outlying areas.
By about the middle of the week, those overnight lows will drop in to the mid 40s, mid 30s in the outlying areas, but the afternoons will warm up to the low 70s.
