PHOENIX - A maintenance man for the Osborn School District is arrested for child pornography.

At the beginning of November detectives from the Phoenix Police Department's Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force began an investigation into some child pronography images. The investigation led them to arrest Paul Garland, 54.

Phoenix police said there is no evidence that the crimes occurred on school properties and there is no evidence that school children of the Osborn School District were victims.

Garland faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He is being held on $18,000 bond.

Investigators are interested in learning about other criminal activity that Garland may have been involved in.  Anyone with information about Paul B. Garland should contact Sgt. Frank Kardasz at 602-650-3170 or the Silent Witness Program at 480-WITNESS.
