Manuel Coppola, Nogales International, discussed in a recent editorial “customer service” and how some businesses do have employees who “get it right.”  He says one of the reasons for customer dissatisfaction is due to young, inexperienced employees who have no particular “stake” in the success or failure of the business.  He says another challenge is the Spanish-English language barrier.
