TEMPE -- Arizona wide receiver Anquan Boldin remains uncertain for Sunday night's game against the New York Giants after sitting out the Cardinals' practice yesterday.

Coach Ken Whisenhunt says Boldin is farther ahead in his rehabilitation than he thought he would be but added that with ankle injuries, "you never know."

Whisenhunt says he will just have to see how Boldin progresses during the week.

The three-time Pro Bowl receiver was injured in the second quarter of Arizona's 27-3 victory at Seattle on Sunday.

He returned to play in the third quarter before coming out with his team comfortably ahead.
