ST. JOHNS, AZ -- The sentencing for the now nine-year old boy who pleaded guilty in the killing of his father's roommate has been delayed.

The St. John's boy was set to be sentenced Thursday in Apache County, but no state or county agency is willing to pay for the treatment required in a plea agreement.

3TV’s Mike Watkiss reports on the sentencing dilemma.
