Shrimp Remoulade with Caviar

1 lb. of cooked shrimp
1 oz. caviar (of your choosing)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. ketchup
3 ea. roasted peppers
2 ea. hard cooked eggs
6 ea. cornichons or gherkin pickles
1 ea.shallot
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 dashes of tabasco
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine all ingredients in the food processor (minus the shrimp and caviar).
Toss the shrimp in the remoulade sauce so they are evenly coated.
Serve the shrimp with a salad or on their own with a spoonful of caviar on top of each.
