Phoenix man accused of sexual exploitation of minors

PHOENIX - A 37-year-old Phoenix man has been arrested and faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
In June of 2008 the Phoenix Police Department's Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force started investigating 37-year-old Steve Michael Evans.
The investigation led to Evans' arrest on October 1. Police say he is unmarried and has no children. He faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor involving unlawful images.
Evans is free on bond and has an electronic monitoring device. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office is prosecuting the case. Investigators would like to know whether Evans has been involved in other criminal activity.
