Alaskan King Snow Crab

4 lbs. Alaskan Crab
4 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
1 onion (sliced)
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. parsley
½ Serrano chili
1 red bell pepper  (sliced)
1 tsp. fennel seed
6 oz. white wine
3 oz. fish stock
2 lemons (juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste


Sauté the garlic, onions, Red pepper, chili, anise, and parsley in  butter for 5 minutes.
Add the crab and sauté foe 3 minutes.
Add the wine, stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and  pepper and finish with 2 tablespoons of butter and lemon.
Serve in a bowl.
