PHOENIX - A suspect facing sexual exploitation of a minor in Maricopa County is back in custody after he ditched his electronic monitoring device and fled to Europe.
Michael Robert Wiseman, 34, was first arrested by local police and was released on bond in February 2008.
Wiseman had been fitted with an electronic monitoring device and authorities discovered there was no signal on Nov.1, 2008. After further investigation, it was discovered that the suspect had traveled from Juarez, Mexico to Paris when he abandoned his monitoring device.
