SURPRISE -- Police in Surprise are reviewing surveillance video as they search for two men connected to a fatal shooting outside a popular restaurant.

It happened at about 6:30 Wednesday evening.

A couple was leaving the Chili's restaurant at Bell Road near Grand.

According to investigators, two men walked up to the couple's Expedition, said a few words and then shot the man in the chest.

He was rushed to the hospital, but doctors were not able to save him. The man's wife was not hurt.

Investigators said it's too early to know if this was a random act of violence.

Witnesses said both suspects were Hispanic men. One is described as 6 feet tall, wearing about 200 pounds. He was wearing a white T-shirt, baggy jeans and a bandana.

The men left the scene in two vehicles. One was an older model four-door green or brown car with tinted windows and dark rims. The other vehicle is a grey pickup, possibly a Chevy Silverado.
