Doggie HowserPosted: Updated:
Doggie Howser is an enthusiastic and fun-loving 10 month-old puppy with a limitless amount of energy to burn. This spirited Pit Bull Terrier is looking for a human pal that lives an active lifestyle, and enjoys diving into adventure as much as he does.
Howser will need firm leadership from a patient and encouraging pal who is familiar with his breed and is able to provide him with exercise, training and plenty of love.
Howser is very smart and he is eager to please those he loves most. He has already mastered the sit command, and he is excited to learn more tricks. He loves to gallop around in a large grassy yard, and he will need plenty of play time and toys to keep him happy.
This energetic puppy is agile and athletic, and he is able to keep up with even the best power walkers and marathon runners. Not only will he encourage his athletic human pal to keep up the pace on a morning run but he is also great company.
Doggie Howser would enjoy hanging out with older children and playing ball in the yard, but he may be too rowdy for small toddlers. A family introduction is required. Howser loves to be the center of attention, and he doesn't like to share the spotlight with other pets so he needs to find a home where he will be spoiled as your only four-legged friend.
Doggie Howser is available now at the Arizona Humane Society's Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion, 1521 West Dobbins Road in Phoenix. His adoption fee is only $35 because he is a member of our Lonely Hearts club. This fee includes his neuter surgery, vaccines, a colorful collar and leash, an AHS I.D. tag, and a follow-up veterinary exam.
