The West Valley has never had an upscale, independent restaurant until now, thanks to co-owners and entertainers Ann and Terry Davies, who have created a modern-day supper club, complete with stage, dance floor, busy bar and upstairs VIP room.

This 14,000-square-foot space is always busy -- even the quieter second dining room, outfitted with a glitzy tower-shaped wine cellar.

Executive Chef Scott Tompkins offers affordable appetizers for snacking in the lounge (great steak sticks and crunchy, cornmeal-coated mushrooms with chive dipping sauce) well as pricier options such as prime beef, Kansas City pork chop, duck and lobster mac and cheese.

Best bets include the NY (topped with Gorgonzola and Merlot syrup) and the gigantic
bone-in ribeye, topped with caramelized onions.

For dessert, try the Chocolate Decadence (a dense chocolate-espresso cake with whipped cream), then go dance off those calories in the lounge.

Dinner is served nightly.
