Suspected credit card thief

This is Southern Arizona's Most Wanted. It's a segment designed for local law enforcement agencies to put the spotlight on wanted criminals running loose in our area.

Officers with the University of Arizona Police Department are looking for a woman who they say may have stolen a credit card. On June 25th, 2009, police say a credit card was stolen from an office in the college's Administration Building located at 1401 E. University Blvd. Employees reported seeing an unknown woman in the area. Later that day, the stolen credit card was used to purchase items from a Tucson area store. Surveillance images from the store show a woman matching the description of the unknown woman observed in the administration building.

The suspect is described as a white female, in her early 20's, approximately five foot three to five feet four inches tall. Police say she has reddish brown hair and a heavier build. She was last seen wearing a white shirt. Anyone with information in this case is asked to call the University of Arizona Police Department at 621-8273 or 88-CRIME.
