Unattended children ordinance going into effect

An ordinance passed by Tucson City Council in September regarding unattended children in vehicles becomes effective on Saturday, November 15. It prohibits the act of leaving a child under the age of ten inside a motor vehicle without supervision of another person who is at least 14 years of age.

and never leave children alone inside a vehicle while you enter a business, even for a short period of time, or if they are within sight.
