Police investigating convenience store robberiesPosted: Updated:
Tucson Police are investigating four takedown armed robberies of convenience stores, three of which happened on the same day. The first robbery happened on Wednesday, August 27, shortly after 2 a.m. at the Circle K store at 8630 East Golf Links. Three men with handguns entered the store, ordered the clerk to the floor and took all of the money from the cash register and an ATM that was located inside the business.
The suspects are described as African-American males between 18 and 25 years old, standing 5'5" to 5'11" tall. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
