Two sheriff's department employees accused of computer tamperingPosted: Updated:
Two Pima County Sheriff's Department Corrections Officers have been arrested on charges of computer tampering. According to an investigation that was launched by the Sheriff's Department and then turned over to the F.B.I., 39-year old Sameer Qasem and 22-year old Keith Doty allegedly accessed a Sheriff's Department database for purposes outside of their official law enforcement responsibilities.
In addition Quasem's brother, 36-year old Jameel Qasem was arrested and charged with two counts of forgery and two counts of fraudulent schemes and practices. The charges relate to his alleged procurement and possession of two fraudulent Arizona driver's licenses and two fraudulent Social Security Cards.
