Mother, boyfriend arraigned in death of 4-year old

The mother of a 4-year old Tucson boy who died from alleged child abuse faced a judge on Thursday, August 28. 24-year old Marina Baker was arraigned on charges of abusing her son, Fabian Silva. Fabian died in January after he was taken to the hospital with head injuries.

Romero, who was the one who brought Fabian to the hospital, is charged with first-degree murder, two counts of child abuse, aggravated assault on a minor, unlawful possession of marijuana, and two additional charges of child abuse from a previous incident. He was also arraigned Thursday morning.
