Man to serve 9 years for selling methamphetaminePosted: Updated:
A 29-year old Tucson man has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison for selling methamphetamine. Brandon Davenport was sentenced on September 24 by U.S. District Judge Frank Zapata.
Davenport was placed under arrest in December of 2005 after he negotiated a methamphetamine sale with a DEA undercover agent. Davenport delivered four ounces of the drug to the agent, and had agreed to provide an additional amount before he was arrested. He pleaded guilty in April of 2008 to a charge of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
