Alleged brothel owner ordered to pay $2 million

A Tucson man has been ordered to forfeit nearly $2 million to the state. That was the verdict in a trial held against John Lavoie, who apparently got the money through a house of prostitution he allegedly ran in the shadow of a Tucson hospital.

Part of the $2 million Lavoie owes goes to Tucson Police to cover investigation costs. As soon as a judge orders Lavoie to forfeit his property, he'll be evicted and his business will be shut down.
