PCC will dedicate a new Avionics facilty on October 17Posted: Updated:
Pima Community College will dedicate a new Avionics facility at Tucson International Airport on Friday, October 17. The new facility will add more than 2,800 square feet of instructional space and state-of-the-art equipment and simulators to the 33,000 square foot Aviation Technology Center.
The ceremonies will get underway at 2 p.m., with speakers including Tucson Mayor Bob Walkup, Pima County Board of Supervisors Chairman Richard Elias, and Pima Community College Governing Board Chairman Scott Stewart. Tours and demonstrations will also be available.
