Children's Museum to get play house

Posted: Updated:

A play house for the Tucson Children's Museum will be built by advanced construction students from Howenstine High Magnet School, in cooperation with Habitat for Humanity Tucson. The play house will include typical features of a home, including walls, a roof, windows, a door, and even a solar panel donated by TEP that will power a small appliance such as a fan.

The construction is set to begin on Wednesday, November 12, and is expected to take about a week to complete.
