UPDATE: Police say man stabbed brother to deathPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- Police have made an arrest in the stabbing death of the man whose body was found near a Phoenix business complex last week.
Del Edwood Webb, 30, was found stabbed to death near Third Avenue and Hatcher Road the morning of Aug. 26. A few days later, police questioned his brother, Samuel Yazzie Webb.
According to Sgt. James Holmes of the Phoenix Police Department, detectives had already determined that the Webb brothers were together the evening of the homicide. Investigators said evidence led them to believe the two got into some kind of fight.
Holmes said Samuel, 36, admitted fighting with Del, but told officers he did not remember the incident.
Samuel was later booked and charged with second-degree murder, Holmes said.
