GLENDALE - Four people rushed to the hospital with severe injuries after two cars collide in Glendale.
The Glendale Fire Department responded to a two vehicle accident at Orangewood and Grand Avenue around 11:00 a.m.
According to Glendale Fire, one small white SUV collided with a pick-up truck.
The SUV sustained quite a bit of damage and firefighters had to use special tools to extricate two adults in their late 20s and a child around three-years-old. They were taken to St. Joes Hospital with advanced life support protocol.
A man in his 30s was driving the truck and taken to John C Lincoln Hospital. There was a child in a car seat taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons.
Glendale police said the SUV was traveling eastbound on Orangewood when it collided with the truck traveling southbound on Grand Avenue
At this point police said it was too early to tell what caused the accident.
