Balanced attack, strong defense lift Sun Devils to road win at Oregon State

CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Sybil Dosty scored 10 of her game-high 12 points in the second half last night to lead Arizona State to a 61-36 win over Oregon State.

Lauren Lacey and Dymond Simon added 10 points apiece for the Sun Devils, who had lost their last three games by a combined eight points.

ASU scored the game's first eight points, but the Beavers got back in the game and trailed 26-22 at the half.

The Sun Devils opened the second half with a 13-2 run, and this time the Beavers had no reply.

ASU pushed the lead to 25 points, which matched the final margin of victory.

The win improved the Sun Devils' record to 9-6 overall and 1-2 in the Pac-10.

Oregon State fell to 9-4 overall and 0-3 in conference play.
