Three bank robbery suspects sought by Phoenix police

PHOENIX - Phoenix police and the FBI are searching for three suspected bank robbers accused of robbing a Wells Fargo Bank Thursday morning.

The robbery took place shortly before 11:00 a.m. when officers responded to the bank located near 108th Avenue and Indian School Road.

According to Phoenix Police Detective Reuben Gonzales the suspects entered the bank and immediately announced that the bank was being robbed.

Several customers and employees were inside the bank at the time of the robbery.

The robbers made away with an undisclosed amount of case.

They are described as three black males, early 20s wearing masks and armed with guns.

The suspects fled in a newer grey Chevy Malibu.

No one was injured during the bank robbery.
