PHOENIX - A Valley high school student is facing serious charges after police say he compiled a list of students and teachers at Moon Valley High that he allegedly planned to kill.

The school sent home a letter to tell the parents about the threats, but students 3TV talked to Friday say they already knew about the threats.

They also said they know the boy and know who was on the hit list.

According to police the 15-year-old made the list because he was upset with the people on his list.

Police arrested the boy and charged him with 12 counts of misdemeanor threatening.

The boy has been expelled from the school.
