UPDATE: Man who took pics up girl's skirt at Wal-Mart indicted

Man was formally charged

The following news release was sent by the Maricopa County Attorney's Office:

PHOENIX - County Attorney Andrew Thomas announced today that Bradley Allen Trotter, 45 (DOB 4/2/63), who was arrested on July 23, 2008 at a Gilbert Wal-Mart for allegedly placing a video recording device under the skirt of an underage female customer, has been indicted.

The July 31, 2008 indictment charges Trotter, a Florence resident, with:

Six counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, class two felonies, and

One count of Surreptitious Photographing, Videotaping, Filming or Digitally

Recording, a class five felony.

According to a Gilbert Police probable cause statement, a warrant was served at Trotter's residence for the purpose of gathering evidence. A computer hard drive was discovered

to have images of young children engaged in sexual contact with a male adult, along with other images of exploitive exhibition involving minors.

"We will aggressively pursue all of these charges," said Thomas.
