PHOENIX -- Phoenix police arrested a man suspected of exposing himself and masturbating on a city bus near 26th Street and Cactus Road on July 4.

A 9-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy were on the bus with their parents when Patrick W. Frame, 46, began exposing himself and masturbating, according to Phoenix police Detective Stacie Derge.

They took Frame to police headquarters where he was interviewed by a detective and arrested.

Frame was booked for two felony counts of indecent exposure, two felony counts of public sexual indecency, one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure and one misdemeanor count of public sexual indecency.
