Love triangle ends with 2 teens shot, suspect loose

Suspect still on the loose

PHOENIX -- Phoenix police are searching for a suspect that shot 2 teens near the intersection of 67th avenue and Osborn.

Police say that a male driving a green mustang dropped off a 14 year-old girl at the corner of the intersection.

The 17 year-old boyfriend of the girl then threw a rock at the car as it was leaving.

Police say that the driver turned the car around and shot at the boy twice. One bullet hit the boy's leg, the other ricocheted and hit the 14 year-old girl.

The driver then fled the scene.

Both the girl and the boy suffered non life threatening injuries.
