ORIGINAL REPORT:

PHOENIX - There is new information about the murder of a prominent valley real estate agent.

Irving Shuman was brutally murdered in September outside his Phoenix offices.

3TV now knows just one person, not two, was arrested in California after being found in Shuman's car.

Phoenix police tell 3TV they have no reason or evidence to believe that person's not involved in Shuman's murder but right now he is not considered a suspect.
