Ruling on Coyotes lawsuit expected todayPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX - A ruling on the lawsuit involving the Phoenix Coyotes is expected today.
The City of Glendale wants to keep the Coyotes in the Valley and is currently accepting bids from potential owners.
Glendale could be offering millions of dollars in tax incentives to buyers.
The Goldwater Institute filed a lawsuit to make those negotiation records public.
But city officials say doing so would hinder the bidding process.
If the judge rules in favor of the Goldwater Institute the city will have to turn over the information.
