Missing Mesa man located in Winslow

MESA - The following is from the Mesa Police Department:

UPDATE on 10/01: Loy was located in Winslow in good welfare. Loy called his family to notify them of his whereabouts.

ORIGINAL: The Mesa Police Department is searching for Jesse Robert Loy, 30, who has not been seen in a couple of days.

Loy is a white male with blue eyes and blonde hair, 5'8'' and about 200 pounds.

Has shaved head at this time. Has tattoo of grim reeper on left arm and a skeleton in jail flipping someone off on right arm. Right arm is completely full of miscellanous tattoos.

Last seen wearing white t-shirt and white pants with paint on clothing. He is missing from the 900 block of South Coleman.

Loy was last seen by family on September 22 at approximately 9:00 a.m.

Family was notified by the Coconino County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday that Loy's vehicle had been located in the woods on fire. Loy was not located at that time.

It is unknown at this time why Loy's vehicle was in that area and the investigation is still ongoing.

Loy has recently been diagnosed as Bi-Polar and being depressed and should be taking medication for this.
