GLENDALE - Glendale police have confirmed another robbery linked to the string. The most recent robbery was at the location on Northern Avenue that was previously hit.

The robber was wearing the same clothes and had the same modus operandi as the previous four robberies.

The following is a press release from the Glendale Police Department:

Detectives from the Glendale Police Department are seeking information on a male suspect who has committed several armed robberies in Glendale over the past few weeks.

The first incident occurred on 03/13/09 at 4:30 pm when a male, armed with a weapon, robbed a convenience store at 4300 W. Northern Ave.

On 04/10/09 at 1:15 pm, the same man committed a second armed robbery at a gas station convenience store located at 5800 W. Cactus Rd.

A third armed robbery occurred on 04/20/09 at 10:45 am when the same suspect again robbed the convenience store at 4300 W. Northern Ave.

The man committed a fourth robbery on 04/27/09 at 6:00 pm at the gas station / convenience store located at 6700 W. Bethany Home Rd.In each of the robberies, the man was able to obtain an undisclosed amount of money and leave the area on foot.

The man is described as being between the ages of 18-25, 5'1" in height, and weighing between 145 to 150 pounds.The suspect has black hair, brown eyes, and two earrings in his left ear.It is believed that this suspect may be linked to other armed robberies of convenience stores in the west valley area.

Attached are photos of the man during the commission of the crime at the store located at 5800 W. Cactus on 04/10/09.
