HUMBOLDT, Ariz. -- The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office is searching for the suspects who stole a truck and other property from a Humboldt salvage yard.

When an employee arrived for work at Iron King Auto Salvage Monday morning, he found the front gate pushed over and noticed a white 1991 GMC truck was missing, according to YCSO spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn.

Further inspection revealed damage to a door and a smashed-out window on the main building.

Inside the building, employees discovered several thousand dollars' worth of mechanics tools missing along with computer systems, toolboxes, impact wrenches and automobile parts.

It was determined that the theft occurred between 5 p.m. on Sunday and Monday morning.

D'Evelyn said the stolen truck was found parked near a Circle K on Highway 69 in Mayer Monday evening.

The truck contained a majority of the stolen property. Deputies located additional stolen items, including cutting torch equipment, along a Highway 69 frontage road.

Anyone with information regarding this burglary is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at 928-771-3260 or report information anonymously to Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232. Callers to Silent Witness become eligible for a reward if an arrest is made in this case.
