PHOENIX - A woman is recovering after police say she was shot by gang members.

The 22-year-old woman was at a party Saturday night at a home near 56th Avenue and Baseline when she was struck in the arm.

Police think the party got out of control when rival gang members drove in front of the house and started shooting. Several people were arrested and are being questioned but no charges have been filed.

The woman is in serious condition but is expected to be okay.
